At Kylo Rover, your satisfaction is important to us. While we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we do offer limited return and exchange options for damaged or defective items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.

  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product(s) and packaging.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

  1. Exchanges

  • If the item qualifies for a return, we will offer an exchange for the same or a similar product (based on availability).

  • We do not offer monetary refunds due to our COD-only policy.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items reported more than 3 days after delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

  1. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged product.
